District Support Tech Tickets

The following list of technical issues/requests should be completed before or shortly after the beginning of the 2011-2012 School Year.

D4	D4PC3?	Screen is pink sometimes. Intermittent problem. Graphic card, not monitor nor cable.	Probably replace entire system or replace graphic card from SCOE machine in Server closet.	June 2011 - extra video cards available in video box in center cupboard.
A5, A6, D4	PCT_<teacher name>	Document Camera (HoverCam) installed on all teacher systems with updated software	Requires administrator support; install Air and requires network connectivity to update software immediately. Alternative is to download latest software from HoverCam website and install.	June 2011 - known orders of Doc Cam.
A2, A4, A5, A6, B1, B2, B4	PCT_<teacher name>	Gyration Mouse and Keyboard software re-installation of Motiontools	Motiontools was initially installed on teacher pc image. Since then, a new version is required for the Elite Keyboard and Mouse series. Issue - does not install for administrator but user. Can it be installed using faculty ID?	June 2011 - Motiontools re-installation required.
