Course 101: PBwiki (the Grant Technology Website) and Picasa (Photo Uploading and Storing)

Goal
- Learn more about the wiki and its use for your students
- Learn about Picasa and opportunities for its use on campus
Objectives
1. Understand what is possible on the website for you and your students
2. Understand District posting requirements for student work and photos
3. Add to existing pages and creat specific class/subject pages
4. Collect and "publish" photos and student work for use by students and sharing with parents using guidelines
5. Explore collaborative uses for teachers
Schedule
Wednesdays: 1:00-1:30pm in the Computer Lab
Optional: open lab time with Ginny from 1:30-1:50pm each week
