Renaissance Place and Home Connect

Renaissance Place is a web-based application that is hosted for Grant by Renaissance Learning, the software vendor. This page contains information on Renaissance Place suite of tools and its companion online tool, Home Connect.

Applications

All applications with the exception of Home Connect, are licensed for "At School" use only.

 

Manuals,  Instructions, Help and Online Videos

  • Help is available in the upper right corner while logged into Renaissance Place
  • Manuals for all tools are available under "Resources" link for the tool when logged in,.
  • "On Demand Webinars" and "Quick Sessions" are available at Renlearn.com after you've registered.  This username and password is not related to our Renaissance Place server, so choose whatever works for you.
  • A list of "implementation" ideas or notes is kept here: Renaissance Place Ideas  

 

Training Students Checklist

Renaissance Place is not a self-guided program.  It typically takes K/1 students about 1 month before they are fairly independent in their activities.  Renaissance Place Student Training Checklist provides a suggested method for training very young students.

Subscription and Access

The annual subscription is due 12-01-XX.

The subscription licenses are available by logging in as an administrator and finding Product Administration. 

 

Installation 

Renaissance Place is a web-based subscription server.  It requires many plugins.  To test the versions and to get links to updated versions of those applications, run the Check Software Requirements from the login screen.
