2.  Continue your Book Review assignment. Do not print until it has been checked and approved by Mrs. Franklin/Mrs. Reyes. They must be finished today.

 

3.   Continue the Computer Lab Scavenger hunt that Ms. Mason gave you last time.

 

4.  Go to Grammar Games and play, "Clean Up Your Grammar" and " Edit Dan's Copy."  Look for the Language icon to find these games.

 

 

 

Book Review

 

1. Look up the list of  AR titles you have read so far this year.
2. Write a book review about the title that you liked the most.  Convince other students to read this book.

 

Book Review should include:

Introduction:

·        Title and author

·        Tell the “Big Idea”

·        Opinion

 

Body:

·        Summary without giving the ending away.

 

Conclusion

·        Who you would recommend this book to and why.  Be specific- who would be interested in this book?

 

Final Step-  Include a graphic that is appropriate.

1. 10 Minutes Type to Learn
2. 10 minutes- Math Facts in a Flash/Home Connect
3. 20 minutes- Check your AR Goals and Points status, Words Learned Report, and  Student Record Report-  Write down the information about the three parts of your goal, how many books you have read so far this year, how many words you have learned this year, and your “Other” AR quiz score average.  This report will go home to your parents in the Friday Green Folders.
4. EnVision Math  multiplication games that have been assigned for you to do.  Complete the list.
