Lab Opening & Closing Weeks
These are scheduled to ensure all systems are updated with latest security and applications as well as cleaning up systems.
Mid-Year Maintenance Weeks
Typically used to install evalution or purchased software in addition to responding to District updates and security updates from Microsoft.
Renaissance Place Math/Reading STAR Assessments
Usually scheduled three times a year around the beginning of the year, in January/February and near end of year.
Enrichment Rotation
Enrichment Rotation Sessions are scheduled 2 times a year. Check the Lab Schedule Calendar for dates.
Lab Make-Up Times
Make up periods can be done:

When Enrichment Rotation is not scheduled (please contact Ginny to schedule, she has uses this time to plan for Enrichment Rotation and other projects (Book Talks) - see Lab Schedule on Fridays.

No Lab Coordinator Instructions & Lab Availability
Note:
- Please account for time to turn on and shutdown lab equipment.
- Responsible for starting and shutting down all equipment even if you know someone is behind you. The problem occurs when a class uses more equipment than the one following it. Hence, equipment gets left on.

Lab Availability without Lab Coordinator
M 8:30-end of school
Classroom Technical Assistance
- Send email to Lori with subject: Technical Problem
- Include the name of the machine (white label on monitor)
- Write a brief description of the problem including the name of the application if it is relevant.
District Technician
8-12am M-F; supports 7 elementary schools.
Only supports specific Teacher Use systems: Computer name begins with PCT_ (Teacher only systems).
Submit Support email using District Email Account or notify office to send email.
